The geriatric elective rotation is an opportunity for external learners to learn the fundamentals of basic Geriatric Medicine at. We are committed to providing a diverse elective that includes a variety of geriatric primary care and specialty clinics; inpatient and consult experiences; unique learning opportunities highlighting the multidisciplinary nature of geriatric care; and formal educational experiences.

Elective rotations are designed to be two-four weeks in length depending on available slots and based on approval by the Program Director. To seek approval for a requested elective experience, please email the following information to Amanda Aprea
